Revenue Cycle Manager

Jenniffer serves as the Revenue Cycle Manager at Blossom, where she manages all aspects of medical billing and insurance operations to ensure families experience a smooth and supportive financial process. She has been part of the ABA community since 2014 and brings more than ten years of experience in healthcare operations. She loves being able to combine strategy and service, building efficient systems that help make complex process feel clear and manageable. Jenniffer understands that navigating insurance can be overwhelming and is committed to helping families feel informed, confident, and cared for every step of the way. She is especially inspired by the resilience of the children and families served and is passionate about supporting the autism community in meaningful, practical ways.

Fun Fact: Jenniffer is married and a proud parent of three wonderful children, she likes to start her mornings with a 5am workout, that reflects the consistency and dedication she brings to her role each day.
