Tour

This is scheduled at the time of the initial phone call

Benefit Review

A preliminary eligibility check will be completed and provided at the tour.

Intake Paperwork

Paperwork is sent to families immediately after benefits are reviewed.

Schedule Assessment

Occurs 2-3 weeks from the completion of tour, based on insurance approval timelines.

On-Site Assessment Completion

Completed within the week of insurance approval.

Completion of Treatment Plan Report by BCBA

Finalized 5 business days from completed assessment.

Insurance Submission

Submitted upon completion of treatment plan report.

Authorization & First Day Scheduling

Approximately 2 weeks. (Depending on insurance).

Part-time to Full-time programs available: Immediate Openings
