Director of Clinical Outcomes

Annie Warren is Blossom’s Director of Clinical Outcomes, where she oversees clinical quality and outcomes for the company. She has been with Blossom since 2012, beginning her journey as a therapist (before the RBT credential existed!), becoming board certified as a Behavior Analyst in 2015 and Blossom’s first Certified Progressive Behavior Analyst – Autism Professional in 2023. Annie’s passion lies in seeing the incredible achievements of both clients and staff while challenging traditional beliefs and practices in the field of ABA.

Fun Fact: Outside of work, Annie enjoys spending time with her husband, Waynne, and their two boys, Rhett and Hayes, at just about every park around town. Most days the family can be found at a baseball game either watching, coaching, or playing. Annie has also recently adopted a cement porch goose and has committed to building a wardrobe for all seasons and holidays and eagerly awaits the next opportunity to show pictures to anyone who will ask.
