ABA Case Supervisor

Rachel Korban has been a proud member of the Blossom team for three years, bringing a passion for helping children thrive. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in dance from UTSA (2015) and a master’s in special education from Texas A&M University–San Antonio (2020). She earned a psychology certification in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Capella University in 2024 and officially obtained her Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in 2025. She is also certified as a Dance Movement Therapist, further integrating her love of movement with her clinical expertise.

Fun Fact: Whether she’s dancing, hiking, or spending time with family and friends, Rachel embraces movement in all aspects of life. Her greatest joy comes from witnessing the children she works with grow, communicate, and thrive moments that truly make her heart sing
