Pod Manager

Marisa is a dedicated Pod Manager and Registered Behavior Technician at Blossom, where she has been making a positive impact for the past two years. With a previous career as a sous chef, her transition into the world of ABA play-based therapy was a meaningful shift that led her to discover a true passion for working with children and helping them grow. At Blossom, Marisa is known for her supportive leadership style and her commitment to creating a nurturing environment for both the children and the therapists she manages. She takes pride in ensuring her team has everything they need to succeed and thrives on fostering collaboration and care. Inspired by creativity and genuine empathy, Marisa believes that through compassion and teamwork, so much is possible.

Fun Fact: She enjoys walking her dog (goose) in the morning, tending to her plants and making delicious food for her loved ones, favorite movies are Chungking express and Akira, she has an older brother with Down Syndrome and loves to eat quality pizza. It's a passion of hers.
